The Legal Stuff
Policies:
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our animals at any time. The safety of our animals takes priority over everything. We must have direct contact with anyone wanting to purchase one of our larger snake breeds. Large snakes require large enclosures and proper requirements. We will contact you about your boa purchase.
We require direct contact for shipping dates, if you do not respond to shipping emails, your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final as we cannot control the health care after the snake leaves our care. We have care guides available, and we are happy to assist in proper set ups.
We offer short term payment plans for any snake over $500. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payments must be paid in full within 3 months. The snake stays with us until final payment is made. We will consider payment plans on lower priced snakes if you have previously purchased from us. Contact us directly for all payment plans. All invoices must be paid within 7 days of issuance. Failure to pay the invoice within this timeframe will result in the invoice being cancelled.
Shipping:
We ship using Fed Ex Priority Overnight, Tuesday -Thursday only. We do not ship if temps are below 38 degrees or above 90 degrees. We do not ship on Fridays for any reason.
A person over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the snake on the day it Is to be delivered. We guarantee live arrival ONLY if the snake is signed for and all DOA claims must be brought to our attention within 1 hour of signed arrival. Video proof must be provided. If all DOA terms are met a replacement or refund will be granted. We strongly recommend shipping to a Fed Ex hub.
Local pick up is available and is dependent upon our schedule and we will not drive to you. You must meet local to us. We are located in Berks County Pa.
Due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, shipments are often delayed when your snake is traveling through the Indiana and Tennessee hubs. For that reason, we will not ship during peak shipping times. If in the event your snake does get delayed, we do pack them with care, and they will be safe if delays are minimal.
General Info:
We feed our all of our snakes frozen thawed prey. This is our preference and what works best for our facility.
All snakes have eaten at least 5 meals on their own. Some may require additional feedings, so they are at a healthy weight for shipping and adjusting to their new home.
We cannot predict temperament and with any animal it can and may bite. Please do your research before purchasing any live animal.
